What We Include in Our Quote

Unless requested our quotes are for door to door delivery. Our quote will include everything from collection, packing, materials, handling, airfreight and delivery: we do not add a fuel or security surcharge.

What's Not Included

The only things we don’t include are any duties and taxes applied by local customs upon arrival (sometimes there may also be a charge for customs clearance which is payable by the receiver/consignee). These charges are only relevant to non EC countries. Our quote won't include any assistance in unpacking at the other end unless requested, empty crate and packing materials etc will be the property of the receiver.

Insurance

If you'd like to know how much your all risks cover will cost please let us have a correct value for the work. Without proper insurance there is no basic cover from us to rely on.

Packing to "hand carry" standard (if you want to take your art with you on the move )

We also deliver documents and parcels internationally - similar to DHL, Fedex, UPS etc. but at much better rates.

International Courier Service

Because we are an International courier we have complete control over your goods at all times, we offer tracking either over the phone or through our website. During the weekend we are happy to give out mobile telephone numbers for added piece of mind
